This Privacy Policy explains how JOYWHISKER GOODS LLC, operating as JoyWhisker Goods ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit joywhiskergoods.shop, place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with our store. Our sales and shipping market is the United States.

We disclose information as reasonably needed to Shopify and other providers that support ecommerce hosting, payment processing, shipping, customer support, security, and related business functions. Carriers receive delivery information needed to ship your order. Providers that support optional analytics or advertising may receive device, interaction, and related information when those functions are enabled and permitted.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to comply with lawful requests or protect legal rights, with your direction or consent, or as part of a lawful business transfer with appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information for money.
Shopify's role
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes information to provide its platform and, depending on the store features enabled and your privacy choices, may process information for additional purposes described in its own notices. Shopify may process information on infrastructure outside your state or the United States.
