These Terms of Service govern your use of joywhiskergoods.shop and purchases from JoyWhisker Goods, a store operated by JOYWHISKER GOODS LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, to place an order. You must provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, or interference with another person's use of the site.
Products and availability
We sell pet and pet-household accessories to customers in our eligible U.S. delivery area. Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, care instructions, included components, and availability are stated on the applicable product page. Review them before ordering. Screens may display colors differently, but products must materially match the description of what you purchased.
Do not use a pet accessory contrary to its instructions. Supervise pets when appropriate for the product, inspect items for damage, and stop use if parts become loose or damaged. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease unless a product is specifically and lawfully identified for that purpose. These use instructions do not waive your rights concerning defective or misdescribed products.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is free to eligible addresses, with no minimum purchase. The total payable amount and available payment methods are shown before you submit your order. We do not charge an undisclosed handling fee or add a recurring charge to a one-time product purchase.
Payment authorization and fraud checks may be required. We do not accept a payment method merely because its logo appears elsewhere; the options actually available for your order are those displayed at checkout.
Orders and corrections
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not a guarantee that an unavailable item can be supplied. We may need to cancel an order because an item is unavailable, an address is unsupported, payment cannot be verified, or there is a material pricing or listing error. We will notify you and explain the reason. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your consent. If we cancel an order after payment, we issue a full refund for the canceled items and applicable tax within 7 calendar days.
Changes to prices or policies apply prospectively and do not reduce the rights or promises attached to an order already placed.
Shipping, returns, and cancellation
Our Shipping Policy sets out delivery areas, free standard shipping, the 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time cutoff, 1–3 business-day processing, and 5–8 business-day transit estimates. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 30-calendar-day return window, company-paid return and exchange shipping, and refunds issued within 7 calendar days after we receive an eligible return. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation before dispatch. If an order cannot be shipped within the promised processing time, we will offer a revised date and a choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund, as described in our Shipping Policy.
Intellectual property and feedback
Website content, branding, and images owned by us or our licensors are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not copy or commercially reuse protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
If you voluntarily submit a product review or other content for publication, you give us a nonexclusive permission to display it in connection with our store, subject to your rights and our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content. Do not submit unlawful material or another person's private information. We do not condition a refund on a positive review or prohibit an honest review.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our store uses Shopify's ecommerce platform and may use service providers for payment, delivery, and store operations. A third-party link does not mean we endorse every statement on that site.
Site availability and consumer rights
We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but temporary maintenance, technical issues, or typographical errors can occur. We will correct known material errors and address affected orders fairly. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or intentional misconduct, or limits the return and refund commitments we make to you.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Kentucky law to the extent permitted by law. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live or restrict a right to bring a claim in a forum available under applicable law. Please contact us first if you have a concern so that we can try to resolve it.
Updates and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Updated Terms apply to future use and orders. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
